This was the last and only photo I receive from the California Protection Services in 1998. It is a famous photo as I have circulated it throughout the U.S. and abroad since 2000.

During 1990 Sergeant Randy Bowman of the Narcotics Bureau in Napa, California, found out that Kini had been gay since she was four years old. This peaked his curiousity. Then in 1996 Bowman had the opportunity to humiliate Kini while she was jailed for the insignificant items that a blond found in front of her home.

To induce her to plead to an illegal plea bargain, Kini was forced to be strip searched in order to have visits with her children. Squat, bend, cough, squat, bend, cough, squat, bend, cough.

Since Bowman was an agent of the Narcotics Department, he was able to infiltrate the local jail. Coincidently, an inmate managed to smuggle in drugs. All women were to line up, strip, bend over, and cough. Thank goodness it was a little dark. I am a little modest.

Of course he got all the girls to giggle and laugh as the Sergeant believed having office stag parties and throwing darts at prospective suspects at the police department was professional.

However, Sergeant Bowman forgot to have one of my cell mates strip searched. You didn’t know that I still had one friend left from 1996 did ya? You won. Here’s your prize.
